Alphonso Eddy of Boon Avenue, St. Kitts, has been sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison for the offence of Malicious Damage, committed on June 7th, 2024.
Tried and found guilty, Mr Eddy was sentenced to serve three (3) years imprisonment, with his time spent on remand to be counted as time served. His sentence was handed down on April 9th, 2025, by Her Honour Ms Yasmin Clarke at the District ‘A’ Magistrate Court in Basseterre, St. Kitts.
