Aniyah Fagan fined For Drug Offences

Aniyah Fagan of Buckley’s Courtyard, St. Kitts, has been fined for several drug-related offences committed on March 20th, 2025.

 

Ms Fagan pleaded guilty to Possession of Cannabis and was fined five thousand dollars ($5,000 EC), payable within six (6) months or in default, twelve (12) months imprisonment.

 

Ms Fagan also pleaded guilty to multiple Customs Act offences, including Importation of Cannabis in a Manner Intended to Deceive a Customs Officer; Importation of Restricted Goods to Wit Cannabis and Knowingly attempting to Fraudulently Evade a Customs Officer; and Submitting False Documents. She was fined one thousand dollars ($1,000 EC) on each count, payable in six (6) months or in default six (6) months imprisonment, and two thousand ($2,000 EC) for Importation of Cannabis not in accordance with restrictions. Three additional charges for the Importation of Methamphetamine were withdrawn.

 

Ms Fagan’s fines were handed down at the District “A” Magistrate Court by Her Honour Yasmine Clarke on October 30th, 2025.
