Roudge Cadogan has been sentenced for the offences of Reckless Driving and Failure to Immediately Produce a Driver’s Licence, both committed on June 18th, 2026.
On August 28th, 2026, at the Magistrate’s Court in Sandy Point, St. Kitts, Mr Cadogan was convicted for the offence of Reckless Driving and fined one thousand two hundred dollars (XCD $1,200), to be paid by September 28th, 2026, or, in default, serve thirty (30) days’ imprisonment. He was admonished and discharged for the offence of Failing to Immediately Produce a Driver's Licence.
